HOPE- a charity in Pakistan, works for the betterment of the society and extends
their services in the field of health and education especially to those down
trodden and underprivileged women and children.
The team of HOPE Pakistan is
a staunch believer in providing medical assistance to all those little angels
who need special attention. HOPE also supports and sponsors all those hospitals
that are in the industry of providing health care facilities. One such example
is of Sindh Government Hospital.
A baby show was organized by
the Sindh Government Hospital where, after gathering a few of the baby patients
in the hospital, their weight and height was measured and those babies who came
up to the required level were given gifts by
HOPE. This motivated and encouraged the parents to take care of their children
on a regular basis so as to raise healthy and strong infants.
Chairperson Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla- a child
specialist in Karachi, distributed gifts to the parents of the patients
which brought cheerful smiles on their faces. Such gift schemes are undertaken
periodically by HOPE – an NGO in Pakistan
to enliven their mundane lives. These needy people long for care, love and
affection that helps them combat their illness and various other problems.
Gifts
bring pleasure to the receiver and especially parents from underserved areas
were over joyed to receive the toys for their infants at Sindh Government
hospital, because such babies are usually deprived of toys and clothes as the
low income of the bread-winner of the family barely suffices basic needs.
Both mothers and children suffer from innumerable diseases and infections, due to lack of proper health services. HOPE having opened numerous hospitals reaffirms, that humanity still exists and that the NGO strives to bring happiness on those innocent deprived faces.
