What Is Sown Must Also Be Reaped

HOPE has been a forerunner in providing health, educational and disaster assistance and relief to the needy and distressed across Pakistan since its creation in 1997 under the leadership of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla- Child Specialist in Karachi. HOPE has been facilitating lives of a large section of the local population and focusing on healthcare, maternal and childcare particularly.

HOPE has been extremely instrumental in providing invaluable tools to the general poor masses especially in rural Sindh, places like Thatta, Sujjawal and Badin to earn reasonable means of income on a consistent basis to better their conditions and thus the conditions of the generations to come.

After the flood devastated the lands of Sujjawal-district of Sindh province, there was little left for the residents to rebuild their lives on.  In such circumstances, HOPE- a NGO in Pakistan step forward to support the poor masses. HOPE has given the top priority to the flood affectees of Sujjawal and every effort is being made continuously to rehabilitate them economically.

Under the supervision of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla- Child Specialist in Karachi, HOPE provided 16 farmers with seeds to help them to lay down their foundations once more. Along with the seeds, fertilizers such as urea were also provided to fully benefit the whole process of cultivation that could be achieved with optimum results.

The seed sown by the farmers with the support and efforts of HOPE- a health and educational NGO in Pakistan along with months of cultivation the seeds grew into a splendid harvest. It is providing more food and source of income than ever before. The crops are fully mature for cutting and feeding many families. The tireless efforts of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla- a Child Specialist in Karachi has improve the living standards of many underprivileged farmers and small landowners who were previously handicapped economically in cultivating their lands.
