MGYW DISTRIBUTES COOKED FOOD AND RATION AMONG THE STUDENTS AT HOPE ZIA SCHOOL

At times even the small things you do can mean everything in another person’s life. Charity does not always represent giving lavish and huge items to the needy ones, instead it can symbolize by fulfilling their basic needs such as providing basic food requirements. The best strategy for providing food to the community is by bringing it to their doorsteps.

On the 23rd of February 2023 one of the donors of HOPE – An NGO in Pakistan, distributed cooked food among the students and staff of HOPE Zia School, Korangi. The cooked food was very delicious which brought a smile on the face of all students of the school. Furthermore, MGYW also distributed 26 ration bags for the needy families, which was given to the families of the students living in the vicinity of Zia Colony, who were in dire need of support and cannot make ends to meet. The families were very happy to receive the ration bags.

Pakistani American Forum/Merit Grants for Young Women (MGYW) is a non-profit organization founded in 2000 to promote higher education (beyond basic literacy) among under-privileged young women of Pakistan - regardless of ethnicity, race, province, sect, or religion. With its mission to spread happiness and love.
