HOPE ON THE MISSION TO FEED THE IMPOVERISHED

Communities residing in far flung areas across Sindh are indeed very poor and during Ramadan, HOPE -An NGO in Pakistan provides help to them in the form of food distribution. Recently in the underprivileged communities of the society; HOPE has distributed biryani packet among the children and the underprivileged families in different rural areas.

The biryani packets were distributed to a very large number of people, bringing joy and smiles to their faces. Such distribution of food by HOPE is conducted on a regular basis throughout the month of Ramadan, in rural slum areas and in the villages on the edge of the city. These people were delighted to receive the iftar boxes, as they belong to the low-income class who cannot afford to enjoy eating a good Iftar like we do.

HOPE-A Health NGO in Pakistan has been unrelentingly feeding hundreds of destitute people and children during the holy month of Ramadan as part of its Ramadan campaign since the past many years. HOPE manages to provide food for the lesser fortunate the community to feed the underserved.

During Ramadan, HOPE team provides food among the underserved communities. The food is served to the needy individuals in Bhitaiabad, Rehri Goth, Sachal Goth, Ghaggar, Link Road, Gadap, Gharo, Dhabeji, Zia Colony, Bilal Colony, Qayyumabad, Manzoor Colony, Mujahid Colony, Shanti Nagar, Patel Para, Thatta, Sujawal etc. HOPE mainly works to ease the hardships of the less fortunate ones, focuses on the poor women and children while distributing food or other goodies. Women, children and patients or handicapped individuals are usually deprived of the opportunities as they cannot go out and access food distributors in the presence of a large crowd. The smile on the faces of these children is priceless.

As a result of this prospect provided by HOPE has reached out to even a larger number of downtrodden communities during this Ramadan. Under the leadership of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla-A Child Specialist in Karachi, HOPE gave them an opportunity to enjoy the sumptuous food that they could only dream of.
