STORY OF NOMAN AN UNDERPRIVILEGED STUDENT AT HOPE HIGH SCHOOL, ZIA COLONY, KORANGI.

This is the story of Noman, who had faced a lot of hardships during his childhood. His father had a cycle repair shop, due to which his father was able to make ends meet, but they were unable to afford to live a normal life.

Noman was a student of HOPE School, Zia Colony Korangi.  Since his father was unable to afford the fees of private schools, Noman was put in HOPE Zia School, where his school fees was free of cost. Due to their weak financial situation, the tuition fees and other educational supplies related costs was sponsored by HOPE – An Educational NGO in Pakistan. HOPE had never charged any money from Noman in all these years.  HOPE has also provided the essential items required for education like school bag, stationary, lunch box, text books, copies etc.

In fact, after the passing of matric from HOPE Zia school, Korangi. HOPE An NGO in Pakistan also sponsored the tuition fees of Nomans College and University. This was all because of his dedication in studies and his ambition to achieve something in life. HOPE could see that spark in his eyes and did their best to support him throughout his higher studies. Noman graduated from Karachi University in M.Sc Physics Program.

Hence after several years of hard work and dedication, Noman is the Head of department of Physics in PAF Inter College Korangi Creek. He is now living a life of easy and comfort. All this was possible through the sponsorship and support of HOPE.

Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla – A Child Specialist in Karachi looks closely into the progress of her schools. She takes interest in students who have an ambition burning in them, she does her best to support them to bring out the best in them.
