HOPE DISTRIBUTES BOILED EGGS AT 100 QUARTER, KORANGI.

Pakistan has been reported to have one of the highest levels of prevalence of child malnutrition compared to other developing counties. Malnutrition, infants’ mortality, and stunted growth of children have been the most serious health issues which have been neglected deliberately over the past four decades

According to the National Nutrition Survey, 33% of all children were underweight, nearly 48% were underdeveloped, 15% lacked basic health.

On Saturday, 02nd November 2024, HOPE – A Health NGO in Pakistan, distributed, boiled eggs among the children and patients at Korangi, 100 Quarter.

An egg a day helps keep malnutrition away. One egg per day for 6 months leads to significant improvements in height and weight. Compared to children in established urban areas, children in rural communities are relatively more vulnerable. Early childhood undernutrition has a negative effect on the development of the brain and motor skills. These consequences may cause difficulties as an adult. Thus, enhancing nutrition in underdeveloped areas is a crucial economic objective.

Our team's motivation is increases when their efforts are recognized and appreciated, which motivates them to work even more. Therefore, we extend a warm welcome to everyone who looks forward to contribute to the goal of HOPE - An NGO in Pakistan.

These activities are carried out under the supervision of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla - A Child Specialist in Karachi, in the selection of the sites for the food distribution. The overwhelming deeds along with the tireless efforts of HOPE, have always been worth admiring. The acknowledgement and appreciation of our work boosts up our team’s motivation level committing them to put in even greater effort in doing so.

COOKED FOOD DISTRIBUTION AT HOPE SCHOOL ZIA COLONY

HOPE - An NGO in Pakistan has been relentlessly trying its best to feed hundreds of destitute people and children since the past many years. HOPE manages to provide food for the lesser fortunate the community to feed the underserved.

HOPE - A Health NGO in Pakistan, brought joy among the students of HOPE School Zia Colony, by their act of kindness. They did this by providing cooked meals to the students and the children residing in the community. HOPE team members served delicious biryani to the students. The people living in these communities were grateful for such a delicious snack. Their pure joy was reflected in their eyes.

Around 600 packets of biryani were distributed around the area. The biryani packets distributed to the communities, brought huge smiles on their faces. HOPE organizes similar cooked meal distributions in its hospitals and maternal and child health centers.

The locals residing in these areas are not blessed with such extravagant food, as they belong to lower class families and cannot afford it, hence the joy and happiness could be seen in their eyes while receiving the biryani. The smiles on the children's faces were priceless.

Under the leadership of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla - A Child Specialist in Karachi, HOPE does not just aim to help others, but to eradicate poverty, illiteracy and hunger altogether. HOPE welcomes people and organizations who wish to contribute to achieving HOPE's goals.
