HOPE’s NETWORK OF FORMAL AND HOME SCHOOLS

 The importance of education cannot be overlooked, as it lays the groundwork for a successful and promising future. At HOPE – An NGO in Pakistan, we firmly believe that every child, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, should have access to quality education, as it is the most powerful way for them to realize their full potential. Our goal is to provide children with opportunities to learn and develop, allowing them to become valuable members of society and contribute meaningfully.

HOPE – An Educational NGO based in Pakistan that manages a network of formal and home schools. The organization operates three formal schools located in Karachi (Korangi), Thatta, and Muzaffargarh, offering education from preschool through matriculation. A team of highly qualified teachers and staff is committed to the education of the students. Over 1,500 students are currently enrolled in HOPE's formal schools. These institutions feature facilities that are on par with those found in private schools, including computer labs, science laboratories, and various opportunities for recreational and extracurricular activities.





Apart from HOPEs Formal schools, HOPE - An NGO in Pakistan also manages a network of informal and home schools, these home schools are located in the residences of community girls, making it easy for local children to attend. Many girls discontinue their education after primary school, because their parents are hesitant to send them to schools that are situated far away. The home schools are operated by girls who are currently in matriculation or intermediate studies, and they share their knowledge with other girls in the community. They are encouraged to take private high school examinations. Students are not charged any fees, textbooks are provided at no cost, and necessary items like blackboards, chairs, tables, and rugs are also supplied by HOPE.

HOPE DISTRIBUTES GOODY BAGS AMONG THE STUDENTS OF HOPE HIGH SCHOOL ZIA COLONY

 

HOPE – An Educational NGO in Pakistan distributed goody bags among the students of HOPE High School Zia Colony.  The goody bags consisted of items such as biscuits, donuts, chips, flavored milk and chocolates. The excitement grew even more when each child was given their goody bag which was distributed among the students, as the children lined up in anticipation for their goody bags.  The activity was conducted by the staff off HOPE under the leadership of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla - A Child Specialist in Karachi. 

These bags were given as a token of appreciation to the students, for their attendance and hard work. The students were overjoyed were overwhelmed on receiving their goody bags and were joyously showing each other and munching their delicious snacks.   Teachers once again had to make an extra effort to calm the students and get them seated. 


By the end of the event the students were tired but delighted. All the time and effort are worth it though, just to see the blissful smiles on the children’s faces.  HOPE – An NGO in Pakistan does random such activities frequently to encourage the morals of the students an uplift their motivational levels so they are able to achieve higher goals and overcome new challenges

HOPE DISTRIBUTES BIRYANI AMONG THE NEEDY PEOPLE AT LINK ROAD

Charity does not continuously speak to giving luxurious and tremendous things to the poor ones, instep it can symbolize by satisfying their fundamental needs such as giving essential nourishment necessities. Some of the time a little act you are doing can mean everything in another person’s life. The most excellent methodology for giving nourishment to the community is by bringing it to their doorsteps.

HOPE – A Health NGO in Pakistan, distributed biryani among the locals of Link Road, the Biryani was distributed through the HOPE MCH Center there which served as a distribution point to the underprivileged population of Link Road.  The children and patients were arranged and seated in several long rows before they could receive their biryani packets. Their happiness and level of excitement escalated when they were served the biryani. The management and preparation towards the event were very well delivered to ensure all the people there were served with sufficient quantity.





With each passing year HOPE welcomes more and more volunteers and donations especially during the Holy month of Ramzan when people want to donate whole heartedly, so that HOPE – An NGO in Pakistan can continue to carry out such actives in the future to come. Under the Leadership of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla - A Child Specialist in Karachi, HOPE strives to achieve great heights of success by eradicating illiteracy, poverty and hunger in the near future.

HOPE DISTRIBUTES BIRYANI AMONG THE NEEDY PEOPLE AT MUJAHID COLONY

Charity isn't solely about offering extravagant gifts to those in need; it can also mean meeting their essential requirements, such as supplying basic food needs. A simple gesture on your part can have a tremendous impact on someone else's life. The most effective approach to delivering food to the community is by bringing it right to their doorsteps

HOPE - A Health NGO in Pakistan, distributed biryani to the residents of Mujahid Colony, utilizing the HOPE MCH Center as the main distribution hub for the disadvantaged community there. The children and patients were organized and seated in long rows before receiving their biryani packets. Their joy and excitement grew immensely when they were given the biryani. The planning and execution of the event were carried out effectively to ensure that everyone present received an adequate portion.


With every year that goes by, HOPE sees an increase in both volunteers and donations, allowing HOPE – an NGO in Pakistan to continue its impactful activities in the years ahead. Guided by the leadership of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla - A Child Specialist in Karachi, HOPE aims to reach remarkable milestones in its mission to eliminate illiteracy, poverty, and hunger in the near future.

DEMONSTRATION & DISTRIBUTION OF P&G WATER PURIFIER SACHETS AT THATTA & SUJAWAL

Water is essential for survival. However, it needs to be pure, clean, and safe for consumption. Safe drinking water is important for human health and well-being, serving as a basic necessity and a fundamental human right. It plays a key role in sustaining a healthy lifestyle. Access to clean water is vital for avoiding waterborne diseases, managing body temperature, facilitating digestion, and promoting overall health.

HOPE – A health NGO in Pakistan, has partnered with Procter & Gamble Pakistan to ensure access to clean water by providing P&G Purifier of water sachets to impoverished communities. These sachets are utilized to create safe drinking water.





 A single sachet can purify as much as 10 liters of brackish water. Unlike many other available products, P&G Purifier of Water does not leave a salty or sour after-taste. The Pur demonstration team from HOPE – An NGO in Pakistan, highlighted the dangers associated with consuming unsafe and contaminated water to a large part of the population residing at Link Road and informed them about the advantages of clean, healthy water provided by P&G purifier.

The HOPE team recently demonstrated a technique for purifying water with P&G Purifier sachets in Thatta and Sujawal. Many individuals participated in the session, where they learned the importance of drinking clean water and how to prepare it on their own at home. Every attendee was given a purification kit that contained a cooler, a bucket, a muslin cloth, a spatula, and 150 sachets of P&G Purifier.

With the leadership of Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla - A Child Specialist based in Karachi, her aim is to support the community by providing access to clean water, which will help reduce the occurrence of diseases, especially among children. Additionally, this initiative will offer an opportunity to improve living conditions and strengthen immunity.

RATION DISTRIBUTION AT HOPE COMMUNITY CENTER THATTA

Recently HOPE – An NGO in Pakistan, distributed, Ration bags among the community members, children and patents at the community Center Thatta.  Around 100 ration bags were distributed among the patients’ families at Thatta as well as the people residing in the nearby areas.

On 01 October, 2025, HOPE – A Health NGO in Pakistan, distributed, Ration bags among the patients and students at Thatta.   HOPE has consistently worked hard from the outset to support the residents of these impoverished areas in alleviating their challenges for many years, this time through the distribution of rations.



The Ration bags which were distributed were dropped up till the door steps of needy families to avoid hurting their feelings. The team prepared 100 plus ration bags each containing the essentials required in every house hold. The ration bags provided consisted of various items such as dry milk, ghee, flour, cooking oil, sugar, pulses, rice, tea leaf, soap, detergent, salt, spices etc. which sums up to the basic needs required in any household.  The families and patients were very happy to receive the ration bags, it was a feeling of relief, during this time of inflation.

HOPE’s NETWORK OF FORMAL AND HOME SCHOOLS

Our aim is to grant children the chance to learn and grow, enabling them to become valuable members of society and make meaningful contributions.

HOPE - An Educational NGO in Pakistan, operates a network of Formal and Home schools. The organization has three formal schools situated in Karachi (Korangi), Thatta, and Muzaffargarh. Over 1,700 students are enrolled in HOPE's formal schools. They are encouraged to take private high school examinations. There are no fees charged to the students, textbooks are provided at no cost, and essential furniture items such as blackboards, chairs, tables, and dari are also supplied by HOPE.
